First of all, we want to let you know that we are very excited that you are using our PULPO WMS Web App. This article will guide you through the basic steps for logging on the Web App and understand the different options and features that PULPO WMS has to offer.

The first step is to access the instance that we create for our clients. Depending on the stage of the integration/transition process to PULPO WMS, the client will use:

For logging on any instance, we will initially give a user name and password for our clients. Provide this information to access for the first time into the PULPO WMS Web App.

After logging on the Web App, our clients can navigate through the various PULPO WMS features and tasks. An easy and friendly interface displays a left side menu for accessing the PULPO WMS tasks and processes. On the lower part of that menu, you can locate the Administration menu, which will allow our clients to manage different users and access the warehouse main settings. Located at the upper right side of the screen, the language settings can be modified for the corresponding warehouses (in case you have more than one warehouse) you are working on. Finally, on the central part of the screen, the main information and details from the selected tasks are displayed.

PULPO WMS uses a custom chat-bot for accessing the PULPO WMS Help Center, allowing our clients to find the information they need and communicate with us in case they have any trouble or questions.

When accessing the different tasks and options from the left side menu, the main display changes and shows the information related to that task. For example, if we click on the Incoming goods option, the following screen will be displayed:

The previous image shows the standard distribution of the screen that will be displayed for most of the PULPO WMS tasks. On the upper part of the screen, you can navigate through the different tabs and options that the task or process will allow. On the right upper part of the screen, you will be able to access the global search bar and the calendar for searching and filtering specific information or dates related to the warehouse. Finally, in the central part of the screen, a list with general (left side) and detailed (right side) information of the task or products is displayed.

Change the user credentials

One of the first things our clients would like to do is modify their credentials. To do this, click on the Users option on the left side menu.

❗️ Make sure you login with an Administrative user so you are able to add or edit users.

Then, click on the "three dots" Edit option next to the user information.

Finally, edit your user name and password as desired. After that, we recommend logging out and logging back in with the new credentials to successfully update the changes.
